Facebook competes for open space between successful companies like Google and MySpace, so it is facing major challenges to grow and develop. One strategy has been to open Zuckerberg Facebook platform to other developers.
The strength of the social network Facebook is in the 800 million users it has reached based on real people connections. Between years 2007 and 2008 launched Facebook in Spanish, extending to the countries of Latin America.
